Jets new signings

The Jets have added three more faces to the full-time coaching staff as the Tinkler Revolution continues.

David Lowe, who most know from his column in the Newcastle Herald, as well as his position within Hunter Football, will take on the position of Head Scout. This is a massive role for a man who knows his shit and will concentrate on finding young, local talent to bring into the club. I’m glad to see someone from the area getting a chance to showcase his undoubted talents.

Clint Gosling, who went to the 2010 World Cup as the All Whites’ goalkeeping coach, will take on the same role at the Jets on a full-time basis.

As well, former Socceroo, Marshall Soper will come in as a part-time specialist skills coach. His main focus will be to work with our attacking players and help them find the back of the net, which has been sorely lacking so far this season.
