Quick A-League Preview

Wellington v. North Queensland

Really cannot see anything but a Wellington win here. The trip away for Queensland will probably be too much, combined with their lack of firepower currently as well as their recent poor form.
Wellington

Adelaide v. Perth

With the Reds in top form and riding high on top of the table, this should be a home win. However, Perth will be looking to get back on track and close the gap between them and Adelaide. Will be an interesting game though I have to give it to Adelaide since they’re at home.
Adelaide

Brisbane v. Melbourne Heart

Melbourne Heart played some of their best football of the season last week and will look to continue their rise up the table. The Roar are still struggling to find the goals despite their attacking play. I think a draw is most likely though I’ll pick a win for the Heart.

Newcastle v. Melbourne Victory

I’m going for a Jets win, in front of a 10,000 plus crowd (optimistic as always), with some breathtaking football on display at the same time. We’re at home, we must win. Yep.
Jets

Sydney v. Gold Coast

Sydney will get their first win. Despite Gold Coast controlling play in many of their games this year, their lack of goals and attacking threat should hand Sydney a home victory. They’ve had a break and are also boosted by the return of Brosque, maybe a mauling is on the cards.
Sydney

Again no draws, which will never happen but yeah.
That is all.
